ANSWER:
When new Memo Folders are created with AIVault, the sub-folders for Memo Images and Memo Clips are added automatically. Also added are the Memo Data files that the program uses.
New folders can also be added manually to the Memo Folders directory with MS Windows. If you forget to add any required sub-folders or files, AIVault will add them for you the next time the program is started.
A useful feature can cause a folder in the Memo Folders directory to be ignored by AIVault. This is done by closing AIVault and renaming a folder with ".hide" or ".old" at the end of the name. When AIVault is restarted, the folder will be ignored.
Similarly, when you let Ella decide which Memo for you to learn next, she will give priority to Memo Folders which have as part of their name "basic," "beginn," "fundamental," "junior," "starting," "manual," and "handbook."
Also, she will present last for learning Memo Folders which have as part of their name "advance," "expert," "professional," "master," "black belt," and "blackbelt."
