QUESTION:
How can Memos be exported from AIVault?

ANSWER:
In each Memo Folder, AIVault creates a binary file "MemoData.aiv." It also creates a plain text (human readable) file "MemoData.txt." The formatting is described in the AI Power User Memo on importing plain text Memos.

Take a look at one these files in a Memo Folder and see the format. With a little creativity with Word or Excel macros, you may be able to get them into to form you want. We plan to add more import/export features to AIVault in the future, so let us know what would be useful.

NOTE: The "MemoData.txt" and "MemoData.aiv" files are only rewritten when a change occurs in one of the files, such as learning a Memo or adding a new one with AIVault. So, if a "MemoData.txt" file is imported, the "MemoData.aiv" file will only be created when such a change occurs.
