QUESTION:
How do I include images in Q & A text? Like this:
ANSWER:
Question and Answer text is "rich text" which allows image to be inserted. We suggest that you do this sparingly, since such text takes up a lot of memory (uncompressed). Plus, the original image size, type, and compression can be lost. Not only that, the appearance is not quite perfect in some situations.
Still, at times it is very useful to insert small images into text. Keep in mind that you want to insert an image, not an image file. Follow these steps:
Open image with Microsoft Photo Editor
Copy (Ctrl+C) to the Windows clipboard
Click on Q or A text in the Memo edit form
Place the cursor at the desired location
Press Ctrl+V to paste a copy of the image
NOTE: The BROWSE button in AIVault's edit form can conveniently be used to find and open an image (then right-click, "Open With").
