What are some good Memo writing tips and practices?

First, Memos should be limited in scope to a single idea or thing to remember. This can depend on whether the goal is to completely memorize a fact, or only to be familiar with a concept.
When image or audio files are linked to a Question or Answer, they should have clear descriptive names. The names are visible to the user via a pop-up Tooltip when images are shown or audio clips are played. Good names will also make it easier to manage the files. When using the BROWSE button in the Edit Form, file names can be changed in the naviagation window before the file is linked.
Menu list "Reports" has an item "Memo Folder & File Tests" which will show image and audio files that are missing or not linked.
Special text, such as Asian characters can be placed into Memos. Edit the text in a suitable word processor such at MS Word, then copy selected text (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) into the Memo Edit form.
In addition to "Chat" interaction, Memos can be created from WordNet data in the Edit Form shown when adding a new Memo or editing an existing Memo. This is done by typing a word or phrase in Question box, then clicking the SAVE button (Ctrl+S) without adding an Answer. AIVault will attempt to find an answer in the WordNet database and add it for you. The text in the Question box may be only the word/phrase or contain a number of common question formats:
      What is the meaning of . . . ?
      How do you define . . . ?
      How does one define . . . ?
      What is the definition of . . . ?

Also, you can change the word/phrase into a question form after obtaining WordNet information.
Finally, keep in mind the various keyboard shortcuts that are availble while using the Edit Form. This list also serves to remind of some of the functions that will prove useful:
"Alt+O" open image or audio when name box is selected.
"Alt+X" change Q or A text to default font and line style.
"Alt+Right Arrow" to move to the next Memo.
"Alt+Left Arrow" to move to the previous Memo.
"Tab" and "Shift+Tab" to move from box to box.
      "Esc" to select CLOSE.
"Ctrl+S" save Memo as show in the edit form.
And typical text editing shortcuts:

      "Ctrl+B" for bold.
      "Ctrl+C" for copy.
      "Ctrl+I" for italics.
