QUESTION:
Does AIVault have uses other than for learning?
ANSWER:
Browsing the Internet is an important part of our learning. We see
something we want to remember, and bookmark the page. This is valuable,
but often the page is long and only one part is significant.
If we cut and paste that bit of information into a new AIVault Memo, it will be
much more readily available to us. It can be reviewed so that we won't
forget about it. Plus, the AIVault search function makes it easier to
find than a web browser book mark.
Web address such as www.ellaz.com/ai/astrobotella.aspx are automatically turned
into clickable hyperlinks in Memo Questions, Answers, and Notes.
Another possibility is organizing photo and music files. Keeping notes
and weblinks is convenient, and you will not forget you have them
available. Again, they can be effectively searched.
You have the freedom to decide how well you want to remember something.
PASS can mean that you are familiar with something, rather than you remember it
word-for-word.
